Terms and Conditions for UCartoon
Acceptance of Terms: By using UCartoon, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Account Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
Prohibited Conduct: Users must not engage in discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior that violates our community standards.
Content Ownership: Users retain copyright of their content, but grant UCartoon a license to host and distribute this content within the app.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability: UCartoon is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
GDPR Compliance
Data Protection Rights: UCartoon is fully committed to upholding your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a user, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data. Our practices are designed for transparency in the handling of your information.
Data Transfer: Personal data collected by us may be processed in any country where we operate. By using UCartoon, you consent to the transfer of your data across national borders, outside of your home country, in compliance with GDPR provisions.
Roadmap Accessibility: Our app features a "Roadmap" section that provides an abstract overview of the data we collect and how we manage it. This roadmap is available for download as a PDF on Android devices. While not available on iOS, this feature is aimed at ensuring transparency regarding our data use and protection practices.
Account Deletion: Giving users control over their personal data is a priority for us. Account deletion in UCartoon is simple and can be accomplished in just a few clicks. Upon deletion, all your personal data stored on our servers will be irrevocably removed, affirming our commitment to your privacy and data protection rights under GDPR.

Chat Encryption and Privacy: All chat communications within UCartoon, be it in rooms or one-on-one chats, are encrypted and transmitted without being stored on our servers or devices. No chat copies are retained, and there is no mechanism to retrieve chat history, reflecting our deep respect for user privacy and the confidentiality of your interactions.
App Modification and Redistribution: Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, or redistributing their copy of the UCartoon app. Any such actions are strictly forbidden and may result in a ban. We are not responsible for any issues arising from modified versions of the app or versions downloaded from untrusted sources. UCartoon is exclusively available through Google Play, ensuring a secure and authentic app experience.
Additional Considerations
Age Restriction
Users under concrete age are not permitted to use UCartoon due to the nature of the chat functionality, which involves communication with strangers. Use of the app is under the assumption that users are at least of concrete years of age. Concrete age is based on region, which can be found inside the application while registering. While mostly it is 16 years old there can be regions with age limitation of 18 years old. To be sure please follow registration process which will give exact allowed age for your region. Age restriction is a subject of a change.
Ban Policy
Users may be banned for various reasons, including but not limited to reports of hate speech, use of hacks, or any violations of our terms and conditions. Our team reserves the right to enforce bans based on these criteria. Bans can be temporary or permanent, with the possibility of appeal under certain conditions.
Updates and Bug Fixes
We are committed to constantly improving the UCartoon experience. Due to our small team size, users may occasionally encounter bugs or issues. We strive to address and fix these in a timely manner and appreciate your understanding and patience.
