Account Deletion
Accounts in UCartoon can be deleted easily without any hassle. The process can be found in Profile settings screen. There are couple important things to know before you might want to delete your account.
GDPR Compliance
In order to comply with GDPR policy for EU users, we give ability to delete user related data with ease, although such functionality is available worldwide. We keen on providing easy to use and transparent service to our end users.
What's deleted
Most user information are deleted from our users such as user rooms, user related data etc. Once deleted, it is impossible to recover account so please be sure about decision before making the request. Furthermore, there are some major data which are not deleted in order to provide major functionalities of UCartoon.
What's not deleted
Important information for future reference such as user purchases or ban status are saved even after you delete account.
User Purchases
After deletion of account, we still need to save user related purchase to provide you necessary services if you decide to contact with us with one or more request related to your in-game purchase. This information can also serve for any future related improvements.
Ban Status
If user was banned and got account deleted, we still preserve information such as username and email address of the banned user. We need this information to further block any malicious actions from same username or email to be registered again in UCartoon in order to provide better and fair services to all our users.
