Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Introduction

At UCartoon, we are committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity that violates this standard is strictly prohibited.

Reporting and Enforcement

While UCartoon is still in its pre-alpha stage and does not yet have an in-app reporting system, we encourage users to report any violations by: Taking a screenshot of inappropriate content or behavior. Providing details such as usernames and room IDs (if applicable). Sending the report via email to devartgamesinc@gmail.com.

All reports will be reviewed, and we will take necessary action, including warning, banning users, or escalating cases to law enforcement if required.

Content Moderation & Prevention

To prevent CSAE-related content: Users must be 16+ to use UCartoon and in some regions 18+ which is regulated. Sharing of any sexual content, child exploitation, or harmful material is strictly forbidden. Users found violating these policies will be permanently banned.

Cooperation with Authorities

If we identify any illegal content or behavior, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law.
